Simona - International Business

"This programme is very modern and we study in a practical way"

This programme is very modern, and we have the chance to study in a practical way. Projects are a very important part of the curriculum at Windesheim. One of the projects that I really enjoyed was a project for the governmental agency ‘Invest in Holland’. My group and I researched the plant protein market, and later we narrowed it down to the Canadian market. We researched for more potential clients and created a model on how they could be approached in the future.

In this programme we have a lot of workshops. It's a very nice and fun way to learn about new subjects, theories, and to get all this great information by working together.

After I finished my studies, I want to stay in the Netherlands. I would like to work for an international company in a bigger city. I would like to pursue my career in marketing, but I am also open to other career opportunities.

Dureid - Global Project and Change Management

"Zwolle feels like a fairytale town"

I decided to study this programme because of two reasons: I'm very passionate about human rights and human development, and the second reason is that I really want to work for an NGO or business to create change.

Global Project and Change Management is not like other programmes. The curriculum is way more integrated, in the sense that we have larger learning units which consist of different courses. These courses really help you in inquiring your business, your professional, your research, and your project management skills.

The courses that I especially like are leadership and change, and diversity, social justice and inclusion, because these help you open up to new ideas and reflect on your own behaviour.

Zwolle is a very charming city. It feels like a fairytale town and there are a lot of things to do. What I really like about the Netherlands is the biking culture. You can access everything by bike!

Malakye - Global Project and Change Management

"I want to enhance my skills and help more people"

I decided to study Global Project and Change Management because I was working closely with a project manager during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was helping them on the logistics side of their food delivery programme, and saw the change and difference that I could make. I therefore applied to the Global Project and Change Management programme to enhance my skills and help more people.

In the future, I’d really like to work in education and develop educational frameworks. I think it’s really important for young people to know about social issues so that we can start tackling them at a very young age.

Studying in the Netherlands has a lot of advantages. You’re in a country that is connected to global industries and a lot of international companies.
