Programme overview This degree comprises core modules in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Introductory Econometrics. As an alternative to one of the optional modules, you may write a dissertation of 6000 - 8000 words. The BSc Economics also includes compulsory units in Mathematics for Economics (Year 2), and Applied Econometrics (Year 3). The two additional compulsory modules cover more technical and advanced material.
