As a nutritional scientist, you could play an important role in the development of the choices society makes when it comes to their food. You could also be involved in the creation of new types of foods, the discovery of new nutrient types, including where they can be found and how much should be consumed. As a graduate of a Nutrition masters, you will be well placed to work in a variety of different fields, from nutrition sciences, to being a nutritionist or a nutrition coach.
