As a human we are automatically entitled to a certain amount of rights simply because we are a human. These rights are applicable wherever in the world we live or travel to, and are applied regardless of our age, gender, race, sexuality, religion or any other status. As society becomes more globalised, it is becoming clear that these rights are not being adhered to across the world, and this is something that human rights lawyers, activists and researchers are looking to change and develop.
