About Business Studies with English Language, BA - at University of Exeter Business School

The BA Business with English Language provides the opportunity to study business and management while at the same time improving your English Language skills. Modules are taught in English, and tutorial support is designed for those who speak English as a second language.

This very flexible programme will give you an understanding of the functional areas of business and how they interact with management theories and practice. It will allow you to develop your knowledge of businesses and the environment in which they operate, and enhance a range of skills necessary for employability in a variety of administrative and managerial job markets.

In the first year you will study foundation modules in Business and Management, together with 30 credits of English Language.

In the second year you'll study Marketing and Consumer Behaviour together with 90 credits of electives, including 30 credits of English Language. The choice of these will be determined following discussion with the Head of Undergraduate Studies.

In your third year you will study Business Strategy and again will have 90 credits of electives.
