About Management with Leadership, BA - at University of Exeter Business School

This innovative programme is the only full honours degree in Management with Leadership in the UK . Exeter is able to offer it by building on the strengths of our existing BA Business and Management, and using the expertise and experience of our Centre for Leadership Studies.

The programme will include a core component in Leadership in each of the first two years, along with other core and optional modules in Management subjects. In the third year, in addition to taking a core Leadership module, you will be encouraged to take work experience/business project modules.

This programme directly addresses the concerns expressed by many employers that graduates sometimes lack skills in leadership, organisation and presentation. We believe that the BA Management with Leadership offers unique employability strengths. You will have the opportunity to develop first an understanding of the theory of leadership, and secondly to observe this in the workplace. This will provide you with a demonstrable advantage in an increasingly competitive employment market.
