About Industrial Engineering and Management, MSc - at Linköping University

Linkoping University is a Swedish pioneer in management education, and with a tradition of industrial engineering going back to the early 1970s. Our learning environment is characterised by an informal and friendly atmosphere between teachers and students, with small classes and lively group discussions. Courses are assessed through written and oral exams, hand-in assignments, and group-based projects.

Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree with a major in mechanical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent. The Bachelor's degree (equivalent to a Swedish högskoleingenjörsexamen) shall be from an internationally recognised university.

30 ECTS credits in mathematics/applied mathematics and/or application of mathematics relevant for the programme, including courses in linear algebra, calculus and mathematical statistics.

English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (English 6/B). This is normally attested by means of an internationally recognised test.
